 Seafood Filo Basket - a medley of seafood served warm in a delicate filo pastry basket.

 Asparagus with Orange Sauce

 Moules Mariniere - fresh mussels cooked in white wine, garlic and onions, finished with a splash of cream

 Fresh Pear with a Stilton Cream served on a bed of mixed leaves

 Game Terrine served with Melba Toast

 

Followed by homemade lemon

  Rack of Lamb served with a Rich Redcurrant Jus

 Baked Pork Loin with a Walnut and Apple Stuffing smothered in a Calvados Brandy Sauce

 Leek Risotto served with Tiger Prawns, Monkfish and Scallops

 Beef Wellington - finest fillet steak topped with homemade pate, encased in puff pastry, and served with a Madeira Sauce

 Balanese Spiced Duck - breast of duck marinated in Indonesian spices, finished with coconut milk, served with fragrant rice and salad

 Individual Vegetable Terrine served with a Spicy Tomato Sauce
